Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • During high-volume periods (e.g., sales, holidays), processing may take longer. We’ll notify you of any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer domestic and international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping (Domestic)

  • Delivery Time: 4–8 business days

Express Shipping (Domestic)

  • Delivery Time: 3-4 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, shipping fees are non-refundable. We can reship the order once the correct address is confirmed and the additional shipping fee is paid.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
